A double bedroom with sleigh bed. There is a separate bathroom for the exclusive use of guests, with over-bath shower.

Both rooms have flat screen digital satellite (freesat) TVs, DVD players, hairdryers and hospitality tray. We provide dressing gowns for guests.

The SITTING ROOM with a wood burning stove is an ideal place to relax after a day out bird-watching, rambling, cycling, touring or exploring. There is a television/ DVD/ video player for guests’ use with a large collection of DVDs to choose from.

The GARDEN has views over the Cambrian mountains and is a lovely venue for a summer evening BBQ.

There is a CLOAKROOM with WC and drying facilities on the ground floor, and we offer ample off road PARKING for cars, motorbikes and bicycles.

Our home is ideal for those guests who enjoy music and we have a large collection of CDs for all tastes. There is also a well-maintained piano and a custom-built bespoke classical digital organ to satisfy the serious musician.
